I recently created a Discord server with two channels. One for just chatting and hanging out, and the other channel for support - in case you have any issues or problems with the mod. As long as I am online you can get a hold of me there, and you will most likely get a quicker response than if you write to me on any other platform.

You are free to remove your pledge at any time, the money is only deducted the 1st every month, no money has been deducted from your account yet. That being said, there is an explanation of all the basic features of the Mod on www.basementalcc.com with a troubleshooting section if you are experiencing problems with the mod, and there is also the support channel on my Discord Server that you have not visited or tried to ask for help at. Either way, now you know where to find some help, or you know how to remove your pledge, either one is perfectly fine :)
