Another little update for you all. As promised I will do my best to update this mod on a weekly basis. This time around I sorted a few glitches you reported to me. Please keep the feedback and glitch reporting coming so I can perfect the mod as much as possible.
The main new features in this version are the enabling / disabling of autonomous drug use, drug use as a club activity and the option to share lines of coke and speed. Not to mention phone calls from customers who wants to buy drugs.
How it works
Share Cocaine/Speed
Place lines of cocaine or amphetamine on a surface, click on the surface and select "Share Cocaine with..." this will open a window where you choose which Sim to share it with. The chosen Sim will then walk over to do the lines.
The Sim in question can not OD if you keep on doing this, he or she can however become addicted. If the chosen Sim is already addicted the 5 days of the addiction buff will be refreshed.
The option to share drugs will only show if there is a Sim in a close proximity that your active Sim is friendly with.
Club Activity
The "Do Drugs" club activity can be found under the Fun & Games category.
Invite your club to a club gathering, place drugs all over the place and they will do drugs., be it weed, MDMA, speed or cocaine. (If you want them to smoke weed, make sure that there are prerolled joints or blunts lying around.)
Other than that it works just like any other club activity.
Disable Autonomous Drug Use
To disable autonomous drug use for one specific Sim. Click on that Sim, click "Basemental Drugs", "Settings" and select "Disable Autonomous Drug Use for this Sim". He or she will now stop doing drugs autonomously until you enable it again, the same way you disabled it.
To disable autonomous drug use in batches, click on any Sim in the game, click "Basemental Drugs", "Settings" and select "Disable Autonomous Drug Use for..." and select the Sims you want to disable it for. You can choose up to 60 Sims at a time. To enable it, do the same thing, but choose "Enable Autonomous Drug Use for..." instead.
Texts From Customers
If your Sim has one of the assigned Dealer Traits (Cocaine, Amphetamine or MDMA) he or she will now receive texts from customers looking to score some drugs.
You may then choose to accept them coming over or canceling it. If you accept that they come over they will just show up at your Sims apartment or house and knock on the door. You choose what to do from there really, as I wanted to keep this as open as possible in terms of how you want to play out the scenario.
Order Drugs Online
I tweaked the settings slightly on this function so your Sim needs a programming skill of at least 3 to be able to order drugs from the dark web.
I am working on a Drug Dealing skill for the next upcoming version, and I will most likely change the programming skill requirement to the drug dealing skill requirement for that version.
Glitches Fixed
Weed previously just boosted Tense buffs. Thanks to you guys letting me know about this I sorted it in this version so it reduces Tense buffs instead while high.
The hangover part has also been fixed, thanks to you guys reporting about this glitch. Previously it worked like this; you could wake up with a 10 hour hangover, take a nap after 5 hours and wake up with a refreshed 10 hour hangover. Now it works like this: You wake up with a 10 hour hangover, take a 30 minute nap after 5 hours, wake up and the hangover will run out after 4 hours and 30 minutes.
I also turned off the autonomy for Buying Drugs directly from the Drug Dealer (CAS trait), as a lot of you reported that your Sims suddenly wound up buying boatloads of drugs repeatedly from out of the blue.
Sell Drugs
If you sell drugs in front of other Sims now, they will react shocked, unless they are addicted to drugs, or if they are clubbers or drug dealers.
Installation Instructions
- Delete all the old Basemental Drugs files from your Mods folder.
- Download Basemental Drugs v1.07.7
- Unzip Basemental Drugs v1.07.7
- Place the unzipped files in your Mods folder.
- If you experience issues with Buying or Selling -
place basementaldrugs.ts4script directly in your Mods folder. - Enjoy the drugs

2017-09-08 08:27:12 +0000 UTCIt is not for the CAS drug dealer trait. You need to befriend the Sim with the CAS drug dealer trait enough for you to ask him to start selling cocaine, mdma or speed. Lets say you choose cocaine, then you will get a "Cocaine Dealer" trait and after a little while people will start calling you to ask if they can come over to buy cocaine.

I usually play in increments because it's easy to get bored, but since adding this I sat for 2 straight hours playing because I was having so much fun. Only question I have is I had a child call one of my drug dealers asking for molly, is that suppose to happen?

Just wanted to ask if you've had any one else have player sims and npc go to the sink to wash dishes that don't exist. Happens quite often and now have npc standing at sink with the sink thought bubble just going crazy.

Should not be a problem to be able to give them to townies either, although my focus as of late has rather been figuring out a way to make a puff-puff-pass shareable option. But if you are not even getting the options to buy drugs (you need the friendship level up a tiny bit to do this as well as you can read from the post I linked you), it might sound like you have not deleted the old .ts4script files and that the old drug dealing event is conflicting with this one. I would go through the Mods folder and make sure that the only Basemental Drugs .ts4script file in there is the one called basementaldrugs.ts4script. If you have basementalbuydrugs.ts4script and basementalselldrugs.ts4script in there, you would have to delete the entire Mod and do a fresh install.

I've given my sims the Drug Dealer trait, but when I click on the sim and click the Basemental Drugs option all I get is "Settings" and nothing about Becoming a Drug Dealer at all. I've tried reinstalling everything and I've searched my mods folder several times making sure nothing is conflicting. I don't know how to fix this? Everything else is working perfectly, I just wish I could fix this some how. :(

First things first; Make sure you delete ALL the old Basemental Drugs files from your Mods folder, including the .ts4script files. Do a fresh install. I have only been able to try it out in households with Sims with the traits, and there it worked as it should, but I will sort it out ASAP. If it is very annoying, you can drag the file titled "Basemental Drugs - Sell Drugs Phone.package" into a temporary folder or delete it in the meantime. By the way, is the frequency of the calls very high?
