1.07
- Added option to do lines of coke and speed from Sinks
- Removed option to sell Weed back to dealer at profit
- New items
- >Vaporiser
- >Joint
- >Blunt
- >Rolling Papers
- >Philly Blunt Dutch Pack
- Rolling joint interaction with custom animation
- Rolling blunt interaction with custom animation
- Smoking joint interaction with custom animation
- Smoking blunt interaction with custom animation
- Vaporising weed interaction with custom animation
- Remove "Smoke Weed" interaction straight from buds
- Added Stoner Trait to go with the Weed mod
- >New whims centered around smoking and growing weed
- >Occasional buffs centered around smoking and growing weed
- Revamping of all previous drugs with new moodlets and occasional buffs
- Revamping of Clubber Trait with added occasional buffs
1.08
- Addiction to all drugs (except from psychoactive drugs)
- Adding Alcohol/Cigarettes to the arsenal (might be separate mod)
1.09
- Fine-tuning of the entire mod, move it all from Beta to Alpha
- Sort out all remaining glitches and bugs
1.1
- Playable Drug Dealer Career
This is a very rough outline on how I am planning Basemental Drugs to evolve, and all of the versions are subject to change, but then you have a rough idea of what is in store in the future. I don't dare to give out any timeline on when it will be implemented, but all I can promise you is that I am working as best and fast as I can on implementing all of it.

I was wondering though, do you plan to make a "dislikes drugs" trait or something like that so that certain sims don't autonomously do drugs when the drugs are somewhere on the lot and maybe even have them have bad experiences if you force them to consume any drugs? I just thought it would be a nice addition for creating sims that look down on drugs just like there are people who do in real life.

Might be possible to make an override for this, although I try not to create overrides as they need to be updated every time there is a new patch. I can look into it though :)

I started using the MOD couple of days ago. so far have my sims growing products, but I need someone there 24 hours taking care of the plant. I do not want a sim living at my shop, but I should be able to hire someone to take care of the plants during the day.

That would not alter any of the pregnancy tuning in the game in case someone has other mods that already alter them. What would be cool though would be to increase the chance of a miscarriage with heavy drug consumption... Not sure how to achieve it though, but I could look into it

2017-06-08 13:47:13 +0000 UTCPersonally I have not started new saves in any of my updates even though I have changed a lot of stuff. The only thing that has happened for me, at least, is that some of the items will be removed. If I create a mod that is skill based though, ie. make a new skill you level up and you override that with a new version of it, that would most likely cause your Sims to have lost the skill previously gained. But other than that I think you should be good :)

Can we just overwrite old files with Future updates of the mod as soon as they get released or will there be any save game issues (since you tweak traits, add new Features etc. ) ? In other words: Is it advised to start a new save every time you introduce "crucial" updates? I had some issues with updating certain mods in the past that's why I am asking.
