I'm continuing the writing for Chapter 6 this week because I got bored of the edits for the moment. So tomorrow is going to be a new-content update :))) Then next week, I will continue the edits, then the week after will be Ch6 again, and so on. Hopefully, these edits won't take too long now, but I discovered that there are lots of parts in the previous chapters that I completely forgot about lol so it's nice (and useful) to read them back now.

Tomorrow in the new update, the story will continue where it left off, MC still in trouble and an old character will make an appearance as well. Here is a snippet from Zaia's route in the meantime:

Zaia drifts up and down the corridor, their movements jerky and agitated — out of sync both with the noises they make and their energies.

For a young spirit, that would be normal. But Zaia is easily the oldest one around here, yet ever since ${yourname} has disappeared, the world seems to have been tumbled upside-down. Or more like… Zaia's world has tumbled upside-down.

They only left for a few weeks.

Qenna promised.

${yourname} promised too.

Qenna promised that they would keep ${yourname} safe. And ${yourname}… ${yourname} promised that they would be here when Zaia comes back. They didn't even have time to properly greet each other, and they were already gone.

No... Not gone.

Taken.

${yourname} was taken. Zaia has no doubt about it. Which brings them back to their first thought:

Qenna.

Fucking.

Promised.
