I have done a lot of editing this week on the first few chapters, and added a few more missing choices to the game. This work is not super exciting for you because there is not much new content, but it's a crucial step that's been long coming because the game has passed 600 000 words and it really needs both an edit and an ironing of the code in order to be able to progress into the second half of the game.

I already did a lot of changes in the code, but I forgot that your old saves are still there. In order to avoid deleting the saves again and again, I'm not going to upload the progress now, but instead I will finish writing every other missing choice to Chapter 5 next week, and create a separate file that I will upload on cogdemos for you guys to read next week. Then I will keep editing my own version of the files in order to avoid obliterating you guys' saves in the next few weeks while I work on the previous chapters, and only upload those that will have the new content for Chapter 6.

I know, this is probably a disappointing progress report, but this current process is a lot more complicated and time consuming than it seems 😅 In any case, I'm glad I'm doing it now because the sheer size of the game without edits started to spook me. It really needs to be done.
