Pausing Next Billing, Upcoming Content Is Free
Added 2021-07-26 17:43:03 +0000 UTCNext billing will be paused. Yet, if you are a newcomer, you will be charged upfront to access all the content published so far, and you will get the rewards through DriveThruRPG. The billing will be resumed by September 1st.
The cards of the suit of wands for the Deck of Many Fortunes are already designed, but I will not publish them until next month, along with the behind-the-scenes videos of the artist. The reason is due to the fact that posting the cards first and then the artist's videos the following month causes them to lose relevance because the final result, the artwork of the cards, has already been previously received by the audience. I would like to fix this by working a month in advance instead of being on the fence with the content. That is, by the time I post the suit of wands and the corresponding artist videos, we will already be working on the pentacles suit.
It is worth mentioning that the corresponding assets for this month will also be published next month.
Another reason why I'll be pausing the Patreon is to honor time to a Kickstarter project I was invited to participate in, which I'm sure you've already heard about: Traveler's Ironsworn: Mobile and Deluxe Editions, by Colin Kloecker (Terribly Beautiful). I will be designing a card (back and forth) that will be included in this deluxe edition of the Traveler's Playkit. The content in question will be a bit of a surprise, though supporters of this Patreon will get it once the Kickstarter campaign has ended.
