First and most important thanks for the podcast...love them....they are beneficial in living my life to its fullest. I would like the ability to send an annual check as a patron. Is this possible?

Morning is good, because it can help prepare you for the day. Night time is also good, because it can prepare you for a restful sleep. Yes, repeating one episode can be very useful. Our suggestion would be to do it regularly for as long as it feels right. If it starts to make you feel tense or anxious, then take a break, or try something else for a while.

It's okay. Thanks for your kindly reply. I'm doing meditation every night before bed. sometimes fell asleep while listening. Is it better to do it in first thing in the morning? Also, if I want to achieve one specific goal, like conquer fearfulness, should I repeat listening corresponding episode for a period of time?
