Today we had a server outage, but everything should be up and running again now.
First off, I want to apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing. We know how frustrating it can be when you’re ready to dive in, and things aren’t working as expected. Please know that we’re on it and working hard to get everything back up and running as soon as possible.
What Happened:
The increased load on our servers caused some unexpected outages. We made adjustments and scaled things up on our end to better handle the extra traffic.
We understand the importance of sharing our content with close friends, but widespread sharing unfortunately pushed our systems beyond their limits.
What We Did:
Our team actively worked on resolving the issue, pulling out all the stops to get everything back online ASAP.
We also started looking into ways to prevent this from happening again, including potential solutions to better manage account sharing without disrupting your experience.
