The latest update brought up a rare download issue, so they’re pushing out version .39 within the next few hours to address it. Quick heads up, though: since this fix hasn’t been fully tested, a few new bugs might pop up. Also, we’re working on our servers in the background to keep everything running smoother for the future. Thanks for hanging in there—software development is no joke! With so many interconnected parts, fixing one area can sometimes lead to issues in another. Also, we’re currently integrating their new web standard on our site, so soon, you’ll be able to go directly to xxxdimension.com to log in to our servers, making everything cleaner and more streamlined.

2024-10-27 03:59:30 +0000 UTCHere’s how it works: you can save your login details so you won’t have to re-enter them each time. When saving a profile, you can even choose a random username to make logging in easier. Now, when you click to download a scene, do you see the loading bar? Does it finish or get stuck? Normally, it should hit 100% and reset so you can download again if needed. In the future, we’re adding a download manager to give you a full overview of all downloads, making it much easier to track progress.

I have a standalone quest3 and I have 50GB of free space. I have another problem. Sometimes I have a password and user problem when I entered the email and password correctly. Is there a username to put or a random one enough? Thank you for helping me to enjoy this beautiful application

We're still in the process of setting up a more robust CDN and improving our network distribution globally. We've even had some users from China confirm that downloads are working on their end, so I want to dig into this a bit more. Are you experiencing this issue with the 3XD Scenes or the SFW scene in the main menu? And does it happen with every scene you try to download? We rolled out an update a few days ago that we thought had fixed most of these download problems, so your feedback is really helpful. Let’s get this sorted out for you! 🙏

2024-10-01 07:34:17 +0000 UTCHey Doughboy! To scale the model, make sure you’ve got some distance from it, then use both controllers to grab and bring your hands together to scale down. It can take a bit of practice! We're working on a detailed tutorial right now to make these controls clearer for everyone. As for the download issue, have you tried clearing the cache yet? You can do this by clicking on the little dots and selecting "cache delete," then try the download again. If the problem persists, could you take a quick screenshot or record a short video and share it in the support section of our Discord? That’ll help us get to the bottom of it faster. Honestly, we’re kind of impressed by pirates—they put in a crazy amount of time, effort, and skill to make content free for everyone. A lot of them work harder than most regular workers, with so much passion that I often wonder how they stay motivated just to provide free access to content. If they’re not really harming us, we believe we can coexist just fine. We also had a server outage once due to downloads, but everything’s stable now. 2024-09-10 03:55:46 +0000 UTCFound out about you guys when i download the app through a quest sideloader program. the app already had the username and passsword listed on it. so i guess i didn't need to pay to view the content. but i paid anyways for further production of scenes. while the app did allow me to discover you guys and try it out, I imagine that the freeloaders are eating your bandwidth.
