I like Clevatess. I like a show with a "villain" protagonist who is personality is more alien than evil. He doesn't really understand humans, but he's also smart enough to realize that these "insects" could become a threat.

2025-09-22 00:38:03 +0000 UTCYes, you will like this series a lot. Not much fluff too. Eps go bye fast. The "flashback" filter is eye hurting, but you get used to it. Heh, I just noticed the Alicia setup here is similar to My Daughter Left the Nest and Returned an S-Rank Adventurer. The dad there has a peg leg too and a daughter who basically becomes a hero though no where as dark. Clevatess is like Berserk or Claymore level dark. And the full title is Clevatess: The King of Magical Beasts, the Baby, and the Corpse Hero. Kind of gives the story away... I just noticed how the stuff they said in this ep makes so much more sense after you have finished the season. Clevatess is oddly honorable/majestic.
