With the order you’ve gone in, lol…Kill Bill is the only logical next step 😆…You’ll see the homages to this movie as you go, and it is just an absolute beautiful love letter to classic Martial Arts films as well as just Asian cinema in general… If you’re too continue through his entire directorial filmography, you should proceed to Kill Bill, release the pressure and tension that comes attached to withstanding that two part series (it was initially conceived as one [very] long film…) with Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, and then wrap it up with the Netflix released Hateful Eight miniseries… Now. He also wrote and directed Jackie Brown, but that is an adaptation of the Elmore Leonard novel Rum Punch, so it tends to be sort of the “black sheep” of his repertoire, but it is certainly worth a glance, if for nothing else, the amazing cast. And that’s not to also mention Death Proof, which has it’s own extended version, having been initially paired with Robert Rodriguez’s Planet Terror in the love letter to 70’s exploitation films: Grindhouse… He also directed one of four segments in the brilliant, eccentric comedy Four Rooms, starring Honey Bunny & Mr. Orange himself…Tim Roth, in an inspired and hilarious performance. Also, if interested, a couple films that Tarantino wrote, (but did not direct)* that I *highly* recommend watching are From Dusk Til Dawn (directed by Robert Rodriguez) and True Romance (directed by Tony Scott), the latter being (in my personal opinion), the better of the two… (He also wrote Natural Born Killers, but Oliver Stone butchered his initial screenplay to the point that it was almost unrecognizable compared to what finally became the film). Anyway…this was my favorite reaction of yours from your Tarantino films thus far, and I highly encourage/anticipate you to continue on with the deep-dive ☺️.

My favorite movie ever. So many easter eggs throughout the movie that is hard to catch on first watch.

I hope Kill Bill is next

This is very much like Lock Stock, or Snatch, just American. Saying that, those movies should be on your list too!
