Jurassic Park 3 UNEDITED REACTION (early access)

I really hope you watch the Jurassic World movies. They're super good in my opinion. I like all of the Jurassic Park movies as well, but this one is probably my least favorite if I had to pick. I am really happy that they didn't kill off Billy though. For some reason when I first watched these, his death affected me most out of everybody that we've seen die thus far in all the films. So yeah. Just glad they brought him back here haha. I really am curious what you guys think of the Jurassic World movies though.

I think this movie gets a lot of undeserved hate. It's not bad, it's just not as good as the first two and especially the first one. For me it's mainly because the characters are not as likeable, except for Eric, and Alan of course. Ellie is barely in it and I reacted the same way you did when I realised she was married to another guy! But that's why you NEED to watch all the Jurassic World movies. I think at least the first Jurassic World is considered generally better than this one but I think the second one is just as good and the third one, while it was a bit overhyped, it's still enjoyable because the OGs are back. Btw, I had such a crush on Trevor Morgan who plays Eric and James reminds me a bit of him! I also suggest another movie with him called The Glass House. Stellan Skarsgård also stars in it, who you've seen in Pirates of the Caribbean and Mamma Mia, and he's so creepy in it.

Oh wow!! That is incredible

It's your call to watch them but I would just to understand the storyline of how it all happened when the first movie came out. One character you never knew but do know is the center point of how it all happens towards the end. It's crazy how the storyline is but worth watching to understand what is going on. For me, yes. Continue watching them cause they are enjoyable as well. Much love just to continue and soon finish.

October Sky would be an amazing movie for them to watch sometime...what a movie! I haven't seen The Rocketeer or Hidalgo (will have to check those out).

There are many species of raptors. Even the therizinosaurus is part of the raptor family. The veloceraptor is pretty much a feathered chickensized dinosaur hunting in small packs. The raptor in jurassic park are actually the utharraptor, I think. There are also oviraptors, austroraptors and probably many more. That animals abonden their young when they have human scent on then is a myth to prevent ppl from picking up babies and eggs. Often babies and eggs are hidden on purpose and ppl falsly asume they need to rescue them. we actual have partial evidence for some dinosaur species about their patterns and whether or not they had feathers. With current tec we can scan bones for traces of feathergrowth. we also have some fossiles of skin imprints and feathers, which maintain traces of whether a spot was lighter or darker. The "unicorn" is a ceratosaurus.

Also the director of of Jurassic Park III is actually a little bit of a underrated director. Normally does very entertaining films. Might checkout Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, The Rocketeer, The Pagemaster (half live action half animated), Jumanji, October Sky, Hidalgo, and The Wolfman. I’d say The Rocketeer, Hidalgo, and October Sky probably my three favorite out of that list

Yes continue with the other 3. Jurassic World is awesome. The second one is entertaining. The third one is watchable, but the reason why it was disappointing was that it was advertised as one thing and ended up being something else, but worth watching the last one because they bring back Alan, Ellie, and Malcolm back for the last one.

Okay, you got over the hurdle lol, but I would say you really should continue on with the three Jurassic World films. I mean, this movie barely clocks in over 90 minutes, which is silly compared to it’s predecessors’ runtime… The first Jurassic World is arguably the second best of the entire franchise, is a *whole* lot of fun, and has some great new characters. It was also made before Chris Pratt overload, and he delivers a solid, much more confident character performance compared to his insecure, bumbling Star Lord in the Guardians of the Galaxy films. Unfortunately, however, the following two World sequels follow a similar trajectory as the two Park sequels in terms of declining quality… But to address this movie’s shortcomings (and it’s absurdly short runtime), it basically cannibalizes set-pieces from the two Jurassic Park novels that were left out of those respective films. Namely, the riverboat scene and the pterodactyl cage, which were far-more comparatively thrilling in the books (not to mention the Sega Genesis game, lol). Also, the horned dinosaur was a Carnotaurus, which has a much more exciting scene in The Lost World novel, which establishes it as having highly convincing camouflage abilities (a similar ability is explored further with a different dinosaur in the first Jurassic World movie 🤫) As far as the new Raptor design in this one, besides being a blatant attempt at new selling toys, it can at least be practically explained away that the original, more subtle design (which does also appear in this movie) were first-gen female raptors on Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna, and the new, red-eyed Raptors with the conspicuous stripes and spikes are the second (or third) gen males. Which biologically makes sense, considering the first movie went to great lengths to compare the Raptors specifically to birds, since male birds of many species tend to be more colorful and flamboyant compared to females for the purposes of attracting mates… At any rate, great reaction and hope you do decide to continue on with the second half of the franchise, it’s almost a soft-reboot so it strikes a well-balance between nostalgia and freshness 😊🥰.

So this along with Star Wars: The Phantom Menace and Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie are my earliest memories of seeing a movie in theaters. I went with my brother and my best friend Allen, now i had read the novelization so inew what had happened. I thoroughly enjoyed it, but thought the first two were better. I think Allen and Ellie didn't end up together so there was someone who cared for Allen, and had access to connections to rescue him from the island. I think these raptors are really interesting, i think they were especially intillgent, but also capable of compassion and "morals". The story i would think would be interesting is trying to make "peace" with them, a Jane Goodall like story. Costa Rica has no air force, so they couldn't do anything about a sus airplane. You don't learn this in the movies but in the extra marketing materials for the Jurassic World Movies that the spinosaurus is the result of some kind of experimentation. Dr. Wu came back later and was doing more experimentation on the island. The dino lab is straight out of the second book including the raptor attack. In the books the dinosaurs have different versions as they recover more dino dna and perfect the genome. That's why the raptors look different. The comment about how much there is we don't know and can't know from just skeletons, is a huge theme in the books. The books posit that it is a behavioral change that killed off the dinosaurs. The mini "rex" is a ceratesaurus. I love the irony of Charlie watching Barnie. I'm pretty sure the reason the T-rex went on the rampage in the first movie was that she found out about barnie and was offended on behalf of her entire species. The raptor wasn't smelling for the eggs, she was investigating the other female who took her eggs. I always get a kick out of Billie saving the hat.

Jurassic World is a pretty fun watch. I'd say definitely give it a try, but the two after that......well, they just feel more money grabby lol I just imagine movie producer guy from the pitch meetings shouting "Give me more money!"

Can't wait to watch tonight! I'm sure you'll ask about continuing with the newer movies. I say yes. I enjoyed the first 2. The final one was terrible, but I'm of the opinion if you're doing a franchise you should do the entire franchise. Now I don't think you should do the whole series, but there is an animated Netflix series set in the timeline of the new movies. I'd personally say react to the first few episodes (whatever the equivalent of a movie's worth is) to get a flavor of the series.
