I still don't see the need for people to nitpick the animation style so much. Why do people think everything can be as amazing as Solo Leveling or OPM or MT or Frieren. Tropes aside, as a story, this isn't too bad and I actually want to see what comes next. And no creepy crap to be seen. And I like how you get to see Arthur actually have some character development - he actually smiled. And then you get to see he wasn't actually a tyrant (he spared the family by giving them a quick and painless death).

2025-04-11 07:42:39 +0000 UTCJasmine, my beloved <3 I heard the animation was not great in this episode, and it was not what I was expecting to see from the visual orgasm that is TBATE. I have hope that it is just budget saving for the later episodes, as the fights in this show are less physical and more magical, and the sparring scenes were pretty alright particle effect wise. I just don't remember this much flashbacks to his previous life in the webtoon, but it has been ages since I have read the beginning of it.
