About the house: The house has four floors, including an attic and basement. On the first floor there is a small kitchen, living room, dining room and a small balcony. On the second floor is a bedroom with a bathroom and a room with everything you need for survival, in the attic is a farm and can easily be converted into a new large warehouse, and the basement, there you can hide your secrets, or someone who did not have time to escape from your nice house :)
