Loved the reaction and especially the discussion guys!! I think the main reason for why this episode felt a little all over the place is probably because it adapted almost 7 chapters. Normally it's only 3-4 chapters, so there is quite a lot going on in this episode. A little thing to add to what you already said about the twins freak quick, like Atsumu said in this episode, he isn't as accurate as Kageyama. In the Manga, Akaashi(Bokutos friend) says that Osamu is actually adjusting to make up for the inconsistencies in Atsumus sets. Whereas Kageyama still does quite a bit of the heavy lifting in their freak quick with the really precise sets so Hinata just has to aim and swing. I'm really excited for next week! Episode 16 is amazing!
