2023-01-09 16:24:16 +0000 UTCYeah. Todoroki has both ice and fire abilities. They have mentioned it back in episode 8 when he was first introduced. Half hot/half cold. You can also tell with the two toned hair, different eye colors too. It's why Bakugo calls him half and half bastard lol
