Original Owner True Classic Survivor - 1983 BMW E30 320i 5-speed - Project Marbais: Part 1

Part 1 of project Marbais!

Incredible early example of E30 that had an incredible owner all its life.

As I already mentioned, it was a pleasure making this video and meeting Sebastien and Michel.

The car should be with me tomorrow so more updates are coming soon!

I'm thrilled to see you here, Michel! Thank you for the support and I'll do my best to take care of it as well as you did.

Great video, great car and a previous owner who did a great job! Can't ask for much more than this. Our car collection really starts to look the same loll. One of my latest purchase was an 87' 325is coupe in the same color! :)

I was the owner of this car during 38 years, and I'm very happy of all your positive comments on this fantastic car history; now I'm confident and exited how Sreten will take care an will improve the car; a second story is starting for this car...

Sreten, you lucky SOB, thank you for sharing this journey. The story that comes with this E30 makes it priceless in my eyes.

What an absolute gem you have found there Sreten. The car has been loved since day one and it could not have got to a better person to take care of the car into the future.

I've done it a long time ago as a test off camera as it's pretty simple. You'll find 50skid video covering everything about it. I've been driving for a year now with it and doesn't use any oil.

Def want to keep it as original as possible. Perhaps upgrade the rear brakes to discs.

Wait a minute...how did I miss when you did the 02 Pilot Mod?!?! What episode? I want to do that for my two 2002 325i's because they do like to drink their Liqui-Moly 5W-40 a bit too quickly. And I'm not advanced enough to swap piston rings to fix it!

Just an awesome story. One of the most genuinely enjoyable things about your channel is the inclusion of car back stories. Hearing about the folks who owned them and loved them is really cool.

Wow! This is absolutely amazing. Just watching the video got me goosebumps! And what amazing and nice people. You should really do something special with Michel when the car is taken care of. Jesus i am jealous now!

What a great find that e30. The story behind says keep it forever. Also, maybe keep it original? I was thinking if you are going to swap the wagon, maybe the m54b25 in the e30 sounds appropriate, but I don’t know if that’s possible in germany.

Oh damn, sorry about that. I'll include direct link always from now on. It's on YouTube from the get go, just need to click twice (usually) to take you there.

I thought it took 24 hours for it to get to YouTube. Or is it protected over there for the exclusive period? It always works perfectly in my laptop. I blame Tim Cook.

Hmm, if you click twice, it should take you to the YouTube app. I'll include direct link on the top.
