2022-12-24 20:02:22 +0000 UTCLove your reactions, just a couple of tidbits that might help with some things coming together, the white lotus thing has been hinted at for all of the masters and how they became so good, if you watch Iroh playing Pai Sho, the white lotus tile rarely moves, all of those masters do exactly that, Pakku when fighting for real goes into the water spout maneuver and waits patiently to strike at the right moment, Bumi speaks of neutral jing, Piandao talks about waiting to strike, Iroh is obvious since he is the first and Joung Joung has similar training methods with Aang. So it has hinted at them all being white lotus from the start. With the plothole of the past Avatars not being used earlier, from what I have read is that he didn’t have that ability until he trained with Guru Pathik it was when is mind chakra was unlocked that he could use it, that’s why we were able to use it during the avatar and the fire lord episode without having the solstice.
