And about the redhaired girl.. The short guy that comes with the princes that gives bam the black march, its called a Navigator in the show. And in one chapter he passes across the redhaired girl and he thinks to himself: "What is a Navigator doing here?". Since in this chapter we see her interacting with the administraitor about the plan with rachel, we can asume that she is a Navigator for the Admin, or at least that is what the show is trying to make us belive (I didnt read the manwa yet, so its only all info from this season)

She enters the tower first, gets roasted by headon and then headon traps her in a shinsu bubble making her invisible, to let her watch everything that bam does in the first chapter against the steel eel. After Bam climbs to the next floor, he relases her and fakin roasts her again.

And Rachel is actually the author's favorite character and is stated to be the deuteragonist with Bam. She's supposed to represent the average person while Bam is a typical hero, so you're actually supposed to relate more to Rachel. (This is all directly from the author)
