They cut out quite a bit from the manga (the outro was basically another meeting xD but its good they just did a montage of it) and I also felt like the animation has dropped a bit in some parts. The directing suffers because of the source material (the manga doesn't translate into anime very well specifically with this Series. (People that have read Slime and kaiju nr8 manga as comparison upto latest chapters know what I'm talking about, the story flow and the panels in kj. Nr8 are just easier to adapt.)
