Production Status Updates via crunchyroll As of December 2023, production on season 2 is underway. The main Japanese cast is all slated to return. However, the light novels are still ongoing, so the anime may need to wait until more source material is available. Fans may have to wait until 2024 for Season 2 unless the production schedule speeds up. (Q4 of 2024 or Q1 of 2025)

2024-06-17 17:56:46 +0000 UTCThis is one of my favorite Junk Food Anime:tm: It was honestly refreshing seeing an isekai with a large female cast, where they mostly werent into the MC, and also the MC had a singular romantic interest that progresses, and even some of the side characters have their own relationships I continued the manga and it goes on a good bit after this, and I was surprised at how.... much... the relationship progresses. I still have In Another World With My Smartphone as my #1 Junk Food Anime thats so bad its GREAT

2024-05-07 03:00:50 +0000 UTCIt was definitely one of the first isekai I watched and I really liked it bcuz the romance was a breath of fresh air compared to the “will they won’t they” type romance 💀 plus I really like Aug and Shin’s friendship I feel like there’s barely any isekai where the MC has a best friend, it’s always just a harem, this was one of the rare ones Aug is cool🤷🏾♂️
