Some fun facts about Kimi is that her original design in the manga had black hair (so did Kakeru), she always refers to herself in third person (shame the subtitles don't reflect that) & her "backstory" is that when she was little the girl's in her class tried to make her feel bad for being "too chummy" with the boys & she started crying only to turn around & bassically say 'really you think I'm the prettiest girl in school too' & telling Yuki & Kakeru that if it hadn't been for that experience she might not have become the amazing person she is today much to Yuki's exasperation (sadly the scene was cut from the anime) . Kakeru's fight with Yuki dosn't make much sense in the manga either until a sperfic part of Kakeru's backstory is revealed but unfortunately that got cut from the anime (which I think is a big shame as it's a pretty Impactful plot point that adds a lot of depth to Kakeru's character but with S3 only having 13 episodes I guess they just didn't have time to fit everything in) so I'll explain the backstory in more detail later on but for now I'll just say that the person who told Kakeru not to messure people's suffering against others is someone very important to him & they said this in response to finding out that he said something incredibly cruel to someone who was suffering because he felt they were acting like thier pain was more important then the pain of the person that Kakeru cared about (this person & Kakeru's loved one only briefly met because of something terrible that happened) . I like that the glow around Kakeru & he's friends while Yuki is turned away in the dark resembles a scene from S1 with Kyo & some of the boys from thier class were Yuki was feeling jealous that unlike him once Kyo calms down a bit he can actually interact with people outside the zodiac (especially if they're not girls lol) pretty well & be treated like an equal which is something Yuki longs for .
