The difference between lower floors and Deep floors are like day and night. Without a full party with high ranked healers and porters it is very difficult to survive. The deeper you go into the dungeon more it becomes closer to Dark souls type of dungeon

But, this is exclusive to the manga/LN, regardless, the attack that made it back away, Argo Vesta, is neither a normal or magical attack, in the perspective of this monster, is described as a sacred, purifying flame
