The fire was the strength he wanted and with Aiz as fast as lightning so he wanted that same speed. Those two concepts became a Fire Lightning Bolt(Fire Bolt) spell and the lightning speed he wanted also led to the "Quick Chant" So all he needs to say is Firebolt.
