2023-12-07 16:54:01 +0000 UTCI can’t believe they left out Hajime’s approaching Hiyama, the traitor. Hajime straight up asks him if he has gotten any better with fire magic. Hiyama’s reactions to Hajime’s prodding cleared up any doubts, and Hajime knew why he’d attacked him. Hajime is even surprised Hiyama hadn’t assaulted Kaori yet. Lastly, Shizuku asks Hajime to be sure to take care of Kaori. After he doesn’t respond, she threatens him with spreading otaku nicknames for him, since Kaori dragged her all around when she was trying to learn all about anime and manga to get closer to Hajime. I know the first season got screwed a lot, but a bunch of really intense developing moments got cut out.

2023-12-07 14:52:11 +0000 UTCWhen the party first got to that Adventurer’s Guild, some tough guys scared Myu, and Hajime used his Intimidation skill to terrify them, with some pissing themselves. He then made all of them smile to calm Myu down, but a bunch of forced smiles on savage looking dudes scared her worse. Myu and Tio should stayed up at the guild. I get that Hajime is edgy af and stronk enough to get away with it, but he would never willingly put Myu in danger, especially a battle that could avoided. Also, Mr. Hero told Kaori that he would never let her leave, and he would force her to stay even by force. He even demands for Yue, Shea, and Tio to stay with him. Kouki demands a duel to get Hajime away from all of the girls. Hajime says, “Oh god, this is so cringe.” When Mighty Hero charges Hajime, Hajime proceeds to drop Kouki into the ground and transmuted the ground over the hole, after chucking a flash bang, teargas grenade, noise grenade, and paralysis grenade into the hole with him, and left him there with an air hole, telling Shizuku she was welcome to dig Kouki up if she wanted. That last bit really, really should have been in the anime. Kouki is something else.
