Sun Xiang not only masters YX's Dragon Raising Its Head, he takes it further and invents his own new move Dragon Looks Back. Not that it helped him very much here but still, shows how amazing he is as a player.

Though that doesn't explain the weird look he gave Su Mucheng ... About Tang Rou "apologizing on the internet" -- that's actually interesting because in the LN, she *didn't* apologize, to the public anyways. Many people wanted her to swallow her pride and say she was foolish to have made that bet in the first place -- they didn't necessarily want her to leave the League, they just wanted her to lower her head, as is often the case on the web. But she didn't. She simply said she won't be leaving the League at all, that she would not be honouring or even recognizing the bet. She did also say she regrets disappointing her team and hopes her actions won't reflect poorly on them. But that was the extent of her remorse -- nothing more was given up. There was much public fury (whipped up by a certain vengeful reporter) but she was pretty much untouchable. Not merely in spirit, or under a shameless captain like YX, but also in other IRL aspects -- as you know or guessed, she comes from a wealthy background so she's really part-slumming it with Happy.
