[HS] Nitely's Old Row Boat

We had the oars, but we never had the row boat! I have always thought it was quite odd that we were given a couple of rowing oars in Studio Neo, however we never had an actual rowboat to use them with. So I've decided to bring you an old worn out rowboat to get you across those spooky lakes, help you explore islands, or get back to the crew on your pirate ship! The rowboat itself is highly detailed and of course in HD quality~ Everything is adjustable and colorable using the Render Editor plugin.

PROTIP: You can adjust the transparency and the glow of the lantern using the Render Editor plugin. Color 1 allows the lantern to be foggy or fuller transparent, using the transparency slider! The emissions slider value can be increased to cause the lantern to glow as well. The softness slider below can give the lantern's glass a smooth polished look or a rough dusty appearance~
