as someone who definitely isnt vibing with an ‘our boy johnny’ mentality (fuck amber heard, obviously, but that doesn’t mean he is automatically great) i feel like that would start unnecessary discourse. obviously watching the films is fine but definitely i wouldn’t recommend mentioning it at all on the channel

Since you are both filmmakers as well, I'd love to see your take on Bo Burnham's Inside if you haven't seen it. And he just released an extra hour of behind-the-scenes and deleted footage that didn't make the final cut, so it would be a really great time to do a reaction to both parts. The Outtakes are on his YouTube channel for free, so you also wouldn't have the hassle of dealing with copyright.

I still recommend the POTC franchise if that's an option. I'm a fan of the horror stuff so I'd love to see an Orphan reaction, or As Above So Below. Lights out is good, and creepy as hell.
