If you're enjoying how "dark and heavy" the show is atm, then you're gonna the love next two seasons. XD

I agree with all the points ur making. I do blame the dad as well!!

I get people not condoning Momiji's mum's actions (I don't either) but as an adult more of my anger actually goes towards the dad because while I can understand wanting to end your partner's suffering I think he's speech about how "he'll love Momiji twice as much to make up for it" comes across as total BS once you realise that instead of allowing he's wife to forget him too (like Hatori did for Kana's mental health) so he could focus on being a good parent to Momiji he decided to not only stay with her but get her pregnant again so that he could enjoy he's perfect life with he's nice "normal" family & unlike with the mum & the daughter he knows how much it must be hurting Momiji to see them walk home together everyday but still prioritizes he's comfort & happiness over Momiji's without the excuse of servere mental illness interfering with he's actions (like obviously everything that was going on after Momiji's birth must have had an effect on him but he's wife was most likely dealing with postnatal sychosis, which is different from postnatal depression+ much more rare & difficult to treat, & that clearly wasn't the case for him). Also I find it interesting that as much as the mother rejected Momiji she (at least as far as we know) never tried to physically hurt Momiji, almost all of that disgust was instead inflicted on her self via self harm (the bandages on her wrists & of course the almost fatal stab to her stomach). Not saying she hasn't hurt Momiji deeply with her actions but i found it interesting that while she seemed to not be able to tolerate the "un-natrualness" of he's existence she never actually seemed to even think about killing him as several people with postnatal depression have admitted to thinking about at least once in some of their darker moments & at least one woman with postnatal sychosis has even tried (before being taken to a mental institution & kept there for a significant amount of time of course). As for the Kyo stuff all I'll say is that almost everyone in this series has their demons.
