"I thought this was a nice anime!" It's a (sort of) realistic one. Sometimes the odds are not the best, you're team is doing great, mostly because your captain carries the will and the morale of the team, and then Daichi FUCKING DIES. So what is the team going to do now without him? What about Tanaka? Daichi and him crashed getting that point, how is that going to affect Tanaka? And to top it, all of it during the InterHigh. That's just life, sometimes you're doing great, incredible even, and something happens that might screw everything up, or it actually does, and you have to figure out how to deal with it to still come out on top, though some people can't do it, and some take a really long time to get there.
