I’ve always really liked the 1999 Mansfield Park. It’s based on Jane Austen’s work. It take a lot of liberties but it is still one of my favorites. Definitely worth watching. Also, if you like Pride and Prejudice you would like Bridget Jone’s Diary and it’s sequels. It’s very loosely based on Pride and Prejudice, has a character named Darcy, played by Colin Firth (from the 1995 TV miniseries of Pride and Prejudice) in it, has the mother from Sense and Sensibility is Bridget’s mom, AND has Hugh Grant! Another great classic is Jane Eyre. My favorite movie is the 2006 TV version.
