Yeah I'm really excited!!!

Such a great movie! I went nuts in the theaters when I saw it. I first lost it when I saw Daredevil as Peter's lawyer I was like "WTF?!?!?!" lol I loved the feeling of loss and character growth as you said, it felt different from the other marvel films as if it were more mature, but still epic af. The ending was great in my opinion. Most may not like it, but I loved it. Especially since now Tom's Spiderman can grow on his own and is no longer in Iron Man's or the Avenger's shadow. A chance for Spiderman to be Spiderman!

This is the best Spider-man film, I wouldn't say it's my favorite marvel movie but it's really up there though and definitely the best since Endgame! I'm with you, I didn't know who I agreed with between Strange and Peter, they both made good points, I was so conflicted. The chemistry between Tobey, Andrew and Tom was so good! You could just feel the excitement on the screen with Andrew the most, it didn't even seem like he was acting in his scenes with Tobey, he felt like a true fanboy. I also love too that even though they are all Peter Parker they are different, they all have their own personalities. And Andrew was so good! You could just feel the regret and sadness when he talks about Gwen and the look on his face when he gets that closer with MJ is so sweet and heartbreaking, if you notice he also learned from his mistakes with that, he didn't catch MJ with his web, he actually caught her this time because in all the other spider-man films they don't catch their love interests with their web, only he did and I don't know if he could have saved her regardless but catching her with the web is what did it though. And I know they never mention him by name and only reference the Avengers once and it might be just me but I really felt Cap's presence a bit, I know Tony was suppose to be his mentor but all of Peter's choices and actions felt more like Cap to me, they really do have the same beliefs and morals and of course you have the symbolic message of the shield falling and Peter trying to kill Green Goblin on top of the shield, Cap doesn't kill and as far as we know besides aliens he hasn't or at least in the way that Peter was about to kill Green Goblin and I was so happy that Tobey was the one to stop him and he didn't even have to say anything because we know from earlier that Tobey's been there and he once made that choice. It was all just so good! There is a huge debate online which is the best trilogy, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Captain America or Thor. For me it goes: 1. Cap- All 3 of Cap's film are good but WS and CW are still to me the best of the MCU 2. Thor- I really like the first Thor and Ragnarok is also one of my all time favorites 3. Spider-Man- I love No Way Home, Homecoming is fun but not amazing to me, it does have it's moments of being great though and I'm with you I didn't really get into Far From Home 4. Iron Man- First Iron Man is great but the other two are probably some of my least favorite of the whole MCU All of them have at least one movie that I consider one of the best I think my biggest complaint is the end, I'm glad he accepted his mistakes and are paying for them but I wished it ended a little more hopeful, it left me a little sad, not in the same extent but similar to Infinity War where he don't get much hope.

The apartment at the end, might not be the same landlord, but if you pay attention, that looks a lot like Tobey's apartment. Now we gotta wait for into the spiderverse 2. And I know they'll never do it, but I'd love to see a Superior Spider-Man film.

Damn, I'm actually surprised that you guys noticed Tom's acting so much bc everyone was praising Andrew for stealing the spotlight in this movie. (not my words.) All three did terrifically, and I think this film was necessary for both Tom's Spiderman and Andrew's. Tom's Peter is now way more mature, and his Spiderman era just started. Andrew needed closure, and boy, did he get it in this film. I'm glad this film worked as a redemption arc for Andrew's Spiderman. Lowkey wishing for a TASM3 but, like MJ's, says, "expect disappointment and you won't be disappointed." This is definitely my favourite Spiderman film, and I'm so glad that we were able to see all three of them. Oh, and James, you mentioned something about Bully Maguire. At the end of the movie, Peter moves into his new apartment, and you can actually hear the landlord about the rent. I don't think it's Mr Ditkovich, but at least it's a reference to a bully Maguire meme, haha. There are actually a couple of references to older films, like when Norman Osborn says, "I'm something of a scientist myself." or Tobey waving at Ned's Lola being a reference when he thought that MJ was waving at him n Spiderman 1. There are a couple of videos about that on youtube.
