Oh, and Orochimaru's not still in the Akatsuki. Shortly after his fight with the 3rd Hokage, he mentioned how he was originally after Itachi's body, but then said "That dream is impossible now, because Itachi is stronger than me. That's why I pulled myself out of that organization.". And as he said that, the screen panned over to a shriveled severed hand that had an Akatsuki ring on the finger. This scene establishes that Itachi and Orochimaru were both in the Akatsuki at the same time, and whatever went down between them caused Orochimaru to flee while gaining a severed hand in the process. And now we know that, at the time that Orochimaru was in the Akatsuki, he was originally paired with Sasori. This means that either Deidara was also paired with someone else in the Akatsuki who either left or died, or that Deidara is a somewhat newer recruit taking Orochimaru's place.

If you notice, the opening Hero's Come Back song is now showing the real Sasori form when they show the Akatsuki, so they were mindful of spoilers to where they only update the intro once the info is relevant. At least with this opening. It also might be easier for you to avoid the spoiler title of the episode if you just look at the top of the screen so you can see when it shows up and disappears, without being able to read it and while still able to see what's going on xP Also I love Matsuri here. Her and Yukata (the other girl from her squad in the filler arc with Gaara). Her motivation for Gaara... Looks like he's finally got an admirer x) One last piece of vital info that you seemed to miss Sasori say. Sasori said that the fact that his subordinate is the one who helped Orochimaru with the assassination of the 4th Kazekage doesn't mean that Sasori himself had a personal hand in helping lead Orochimaru to the 4th Kazekage. And just imagine. Sasori captured the 3rd Kazekage, extracted his organs, and drained his blood. Ew...
