When he arrives in the city the music is a rip off of Gerschwin's American in Paris - perhaps it's a 1920s Paris? The mime supports this I think

You've already got Toy Story (its fine if you've watched the sequels haha) and A Bugs Life was right after that. Next would be Monster's Inc, Finding nemo and the Incredibles (in that order) :))
