2022-01-28 04:35:27 +0000 UTCAgatha is indisputably a witch, both in the MCU and in the comics. The fuzzy area comes in with Wanda. Obviously, in the comics, she's a mutant and, therefore, would only be considered a witch if you considered all mutant powers as magic. But the nature of Wanda's powers in the MCU is highly, highly debatable. Just like you said, it could be considered an offshoot of the mindstone powers, or scientific experimentation. On the other hand, Agatha calls her magical and refers to her magic from this episode onwards. All we can difinitively conclude is that Agatha, at least, is a witch.
