The first Home Alone has to be my favorite. I think this is a good sequel, almost as good as the original, but for me personally some things fall just a little too short. Like the mother's dedication to her child, while still there, isn't really as tested as it was in the first one. I wish some more detail had been spent on the bird lady's story, and Mr. Duncan (it's completely understandable why he thanks Kevin so much at the end with all the gifts, but their first meeting seems kinda out of place to me). Still, focus too much on the negatives and it doesn't really come across that I think this is a great movie, especially in the Christmas genre. It's one of the holiday favs
