Don't know too much about animation, I think this was the first feature length entirely cgi movie tho. But my fav toy as a kid was this beastwars transformer. I had no idea what it was till years later when it was long gone. Never saw the show as a kid. Found it in an op shop (thrift store) and just liked it cuz it was a tiger robot and had a babytiger in its belly. I would take it to bed like a cuddly toy even tho it was hard plastic.

2022-01-06 05:46:37 +0000 UTCI saw this one in the theater as well with a co-worker. We were both so excited for it, and it did not disappoint! My favorite toy as a kid was my first Cabbage Patch Doll. It was the first year of them, too, the ones that were almost impossible to get for Christmas, but my mom got both me and my sister one. Her name is Amadie and I still have her, she's on my dresser in her original clothes. She is 38 years old this last Christmas :)
