Gotta love this one!!!

Comments

was hoping for Sing as it would be a bit of a change of pace, plus I love when you guys react to musicals :)

Nikki Sonrisa

yess!!! this movie was my childhood and is criminally underrated.

Toy Story all the way, man.

Isle Dogs is great and a bit off the beaten path. It's up against strong competition but maybe it will win in the future

Sonia Deepak

I second this suggestion!

Isle of Dogs if you are interested in stop motion animation, you can then watch Fantastic Mr Fox for the whole Wes Anderson animation series

Alice in wonderland second place in every new poll πŸ˜”

These are some great flicks, I hope the Swan Princess 1994 might one day be on a poll too, I believe it was the last fully hand drawn, cell animated feature film ever. :)

Minnie Mouse

Toy Story for the win the whole trilogy is a masterpiece and 4 is also really good in my opinion :D

Toy story is the goat

Nick Nangle

LMAO!! I Really wanna show my cousin

Well, at least in the animated sphere, sure.

I would like to propose Wolfwalkers (2020). Amazing story and absolutely unique animation

I will just keep voting with my heart for Chicken Run even though it won't win. I also really appreciate the charm of that style of animation.

I was hoping to see "The Secret of NIMH" appear on these last couple polls. I think it's a pretty good movie, especially when you take into account the time it was released. Created by Don Bluth, a former Disney animator, NIMH was his studio's first movie. (I personally think it's his best.) While it has a lot of the tropes of an animated kids movie (talking animals, wacky sidekicks), it's palpably darker than the stuff that Disney had been putting out in their recent history (i.e. "The Rescuers"). The atmosphere throughout really does take the cake. The hand-drawn animation is arguably on par with Disney's best, and the score by Jerry Goldsmith is gorgeous. While the script might not setup the ending in the air-tight way that modern audiences expect from, say, a Pixar movie - I still love it, simply because it's so beautifully done.

Oh adding some musicals, Sing, are you guys thinking of doing more musicals for the new year?
