2021-12-09 15:21:37 +0000 UTCBut it was a joint venture between Marvel and Sony. I think Marvel negotiated more than 50% so technically this version of Spidey is theirs. Anyway, point is, the storylines involve MCU characters and Spidey is in a lot of MCU movies so there.
