My advice is only create a new channel if you think it annoys a significant people enough that they might unsubscribe, and don't mind building a channel somewhat from scratch. I'm not going to watch the anime reactions, but I'm not going to unsubcribe either. I think we have a lot in common philosophically, morally, and maybe religiously and happy to support and uplift content producers such as yourself even if a significant portion isn't something I'm interested in, there is more than enough stuff you produce that I'm interested in.
