I mean I think we fundamentally disagree then. While Kay is annoying and there is a part of me rooting for Michael, I'm not under any impression Michael is evil and he ahs wronged Kay in every way

From the time that Michael told her about his father threatening the band leader Kay knew what Michael’s family was. After Michael disappeared on her and came back, she saw that he was a different person. She married him knowing who and what he was. Yes, he promised to get out but he was still in the mafia. Her excuse for the abortion was bull. They were married. She wasn’t a single woman with no one to think of but herself. She wasn’t in an abusive relationship, afraid for her child. And she wasn’t worried about some kind of health scare. She aborted his kid and lied to him because she was unhappy about his business and how he had changed. She was all kinds of wrong for that.
