Chat 130 (Here we go again)

I had all of my ducks in a row now. Slughorn was all for presenting on my behalf when I showed him my little trick. I knew the guy was using me and while he liked me I was sure he knew I was using him.

The bait was just too tempting for him to back off now. He would just have to be even more careful when dealing with Tommy boy. 

Speaking of which I was rather irritated that my moves were being restricted because of him. I changed my whole plan today because I did not want to deal with the hassle of his followers messing with me.

I was not afraid of them but I thought it would be easier just to ignore them. Still, that was not a long-term solution and I could not leave things as they were.

I was pushing off dealing with him as his fucking with Dumbledore was entertaining to me but he appeared to be fucking with my life. That was just not going to cut it.

Should I ‘defeat’ him and give myself some fucking space? As long as I did not take care of all of his anchors he could respawn giving Dumbledore some much needed paranoia.

The only issue I had with that was with Tommy boy of the board Dumbledore would have much more free time to mess with me. Again he could not do anything that would affect me long term but it would be annoying.

I guess I could wait for Voldemort to be a more active threat. Have him tearing down the magical world and taking care of him when it was clear not even Dumbledore could handle him. That way I would have the public perspective on my side and I could have them backing off from my reputation.

Then again when did the magical world leave their famous individuals alone? Having that reputation would help me strong-arm the Blacks but it was not like it was needed. I had other plans in the works after all.

God, why did everything have to be so complicated? I hated being confined like this. I should just take care of Tommy boy and not worry about what happens next.

I have all of this power but my actions are being dictated by others.

I looked blankly at the screen before me and let out a sigh. Well, at least this will give me some time to avoid the issue. Story of my fucking life.

I let out a sigh as Argo got some of the details of my messy relationship out of Ashley. Another issue waiting for me when I get back.
