Mask Games (MLB: Lila Rossi as Cerise)

Hey kittens! 😘 The month's ending, and I can't drag out solving my riddle any longer. Yes, yes, and yes, you were all right! Not a single shot missed the mark! Bravo! I really loved playing with you because in this game, I was rooting for you. If the character was hard to recognize, that would mean, first, I overcomplicated the riddles, and second, I couldn't come up with decent clues.

So, let's quickly run through the clues I left you:

1.  The poster on Lila's wall showing... Lila herself XD. It has a French inscription that translates as "a thousand faces / one soul".

2.  The photo of the Leaning Tower and the calendar with the Colosseum (hello, Italy!). July tenth is marked out because that's my birthday XD.

3.  The stickers on the suitcase point to our mystery girl's dual citizenship.

4.  The fox drawing and the kitsune mask you can see in the mirror. Come on guys, Lila was a real kitsune, that's the first image she chose for herself. And she acts plus-minus like a vengeful Japanese fox.

5.  The hair tie as a hello from Lila's old hairstyle.

6.  Makeup, a wig for transformations, and a French flight attendant uniform. Well, that's my storyline: for the summer, Lila got a job with an airline to travel the world.

7.  The photo of Chloé Bourgeois is her reference for the "blonde" makeup she's transforming into right before our eyes. Maybe she's pretending to be a distant relative of the Bourgeois – who knows what this vixen has planned?

8.  The last clue is the room itself. It's the Rossi room from the series, they showed it to us once XD. Actually, the mess going on in Lila's room is a complex clue – I noticed that in the series, the girl's room had the same chaos. Now she's grown up, but habits don't change. Lila's full of cunning ideas she immediately wants to bring to life, she has no time to tidy up 😂.

My Lila, while cunning, isn't as spiteful as in the series. She does what she does just for fun, not out of hurt pride or resentment for the whole world. On the contrary, the world for this Rossi is a toy, and she plays with it as best she can. She's the young embodiment of a cunning, sexy beauty, that woman whose spark exists in every girl.

And now for some slightly sad news. I put it off until the very end because I'm a bit scared to write this. The last few months I worked so much that my productivity wobbled – one detailed drawing took me almost a month without weekends. I'm not burning out, but I feel I need a little break. Like I did last year in July – you probably remember.

So, kittens, I'm asking you for a one-month vacation. For July. I need sunshine, to sleep my fill, be with family, pick berries in the garden. Forgive me! I'll be back with you in August. Well, I'll be back to work in August, meaning drawings will be in the second half.

I understand you might not want to support an author on vacation. That's perfectly fair, and I won't be upset at all. But I want to remind you, you can stay in my subscribers without paying. And when you see my posts in August, you can switch to a paid subscription if you have the chance! I think that's a pretty fair option :)
