Hey there, kittens! 💕 I’ve missed you all so much. So, one sunny winter morning, I woke up in bed, and *poof*—it struck me! I’ve been drawing MLB superheroes with their sleek suits and adorable animal ears for so long, I completely forgot what it’s like to sketch ordinary people. But let’s face it: a superhero is nothing without their true self. We adore Marinette, not just Lady Bug. Adrien, not Chat Noir. Get what I mean?

And it’s not just about personal struggles or hidden angst. Nope—it’s the little things, those everyday moments! And guess what? Those moments can be sizzling! 🔥 Long story short, I’ve been daydreaming about sketching Paris during a scorching summer (probably my nostalgia for summer vacations… or those endless COVID lockdowns? 😅 Still can’t shake that era—I never even got to properly quarantine! But hey, I’m here, right? Virtual high-five! ✋).

Time to unleash my creativity and name this slice-of-life series… Hot Summer! Genius, huh? 😄 Seriously though, I’m ditching the superhero gear here—and all outfits, if you catch my drift. Just pure, fun, and steamy everyday vibes.

Starting with Alya! This fun little idea popped into my head (and brought friends, but we’ll save those for later) and refused to leave. You know how artists are—we obsess over one concept in a million styles. Draw it once, and the magic fades for the rest. I couldn’t decide how to tackle Hot Summer… so I took a leap and drew both versions! 🌟 Fingers crossed you won’t mind me sharing the same story twice. The styles are totally different, promise! Plus, after the second post, I’d love for you to vote on which version you prefer. Your choice will guide the style for the rest of the series!
