It's watercolor. And here's why.
It actually has a bit of a silly story. I was going to paint it later, and in digital painting, but circumstances intervened. In the village where I live, the power went out for a few days (a station in the woods burned down). In fact, the station is not really fixed, and I may have new outages
So, I was working in daylight as long as the sun was shining :) I mean, artists had a very hard time without electricity :) Along with electricity, the Internet connection also disappeared (the cell phone tower went down).
So, I had to ask my husband to take me to the city in order to get the reference material XD I totally forgot how Azula was supposed to look like (I only remembered her perpetually bitchy expression)
That's why I went back to watercolors. And judging by how "efficiently" the power failure is being fixed, I'll have to draw you some more watercolor pictures

Also if anyone needs a source on some of that because it’s mostly presented in a “show don’t tell” way in the original series, a lot of what we understand of that custom comes from Rangi(girlfriend to Avatar Kyoshi) and her mother’s teachings about the fire nation in both of the Kyoshi novels.
