Every time I watch this, I am just staggered that it was utterly panned by critics when it was first released. It's such a phenomenal film! You're quickly becoming one of my favorite reaction channels. Most I've encountered watch simply for the plot but you always notice things like cinematography, score, etc. It makes for a very interesting watch.

2023-08-07 21:05:03 +0000 UTCI'm so glad you guys enjoyed this! You guys hit the nail on the head at how masterful the film was in creating paranoia and tension. It was so cool to see NTB freaking out at times because you don't know who to trust...it's exactly how I felt the first time. I was actually fortunate to see this at my independent cinema recently...really cool experience...if you ever get the chance to see it on the big screen definitely do so :) - As for the theories, it's so cool that NTB suspected McCready too. I didn't trust Kurt either (even if all the "facts" are against me). He was just too 'trustworthy.' I mean there is so much unknown about this "Thing" and yet he knew how to test the blood?.....How do we know that once the imitation is perfected that it wouldn't be detectable by blood? And Kurt could've been infected from the very start, but being the "Hero" he had more time to go undetected. But anyway, it's cool that the film was left open for different theories. This film definitely had me thinking and I love that. Great reaction guys! :)
