I honestly LOVED this movie for so many reasons. It is stunningly beautiful, has it's own unique culture (look up how it was made videos), loved the design of all the flora and fauna, I liked the story, and honestly...the story hits harder for us who are Native. I'm Native American so this movie hit me hard. Our ancestors lost, so only 1% lived and lost most of our culture and homes. Now, we barley know our own culture, are having to fight for our land(sacred grounds, water, etc.). So yeah... maybe I'm a bit more biased on the movie since it hits so close to home. But really, it IS a beautiful movie and so well made. I am curious what the sequel is gonna be like though. Does the sky people come back to cause trouble? Does another tribe cause trouble? I don't know. I just hope it doesn't bomb, that would be sad.

2021-10-16 18:32:12 +0000 UTCHonestly what makes this movie for me is the memory of seeing it in 3d in the cinemas. The 3d was masterfully done, really brought you into the world even more and is yet to be matched by any other movie to date for me personally. I hope they'll do a rerun in the cinemas for it before the second comes out. Would probably also help with getting people over that 13 year gap.

Mine had scenes on Earth which I think were cool to see (how live on Earth will loook like in the future) as well as the how he took his brother's place on the ship
