I don't know if you recognized him but the principle is the same actor that played one of Cap's Howling Commando's crew in the 40's, you can see his picture on the wall indicating that's either his father or grandfather, I just love that sublet detail! And speaking of Cap, Chris Evans filmed SO many of these PSA's and they are all hilarious!
