2021-10-11 19:18:43 +0000 UTCThis movie would have won Best Picture and Best Director , if TLOTR Return Of The King did not come out in 2003 . But it is still one of Clint Eastwood's best directed films i have seen . Sean Penn and Tim Robbins were awarded Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor for their performances and they were well deserved .
