The studio that produces Haikyuu's animation is Production I.G. and I believe they have a good reputation for putting out high quality work. The first 3 seasons of were directed by Susumu Mitsunaka and the chief animation director Takahiro Chiba and their work together on this is exceptional. There was a 3 year break after 3 season and when season 4 came out it was the same studio but with a new director and animation director.
